1. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy:

Before Food Preparation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge if we haven't started preparing your food
  • Full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at +44 203 086 8069

After Food Preparation Started

  • Once we've started preparing your order, cancellations may not be possible
  • In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion
  • Contact us immediately to discuss your situation

After Order Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched for delivery
  • You may refuse the delivery, but no refund will be provided
  • If you have concerns about your order, please see our quality guarantee section

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

If your order contains incorrect items or items are missing, we'll provide a full refund or replacement.

✓ Order Not Delivered

If your order was never delivered and you were charged, we'll provide a full refund immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Failure to provide correct delivery address
  • Not being available to receive the delivery
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Spice levels (if no specific request was made)
  • Normal variations in food appearance

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Photos (if applicable)

Step 3: Wait for resolution

  • We'll review your request within 24 hours
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once processed

5. Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method
  • Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit instead, which can be used for future orders
  • Replacement Order: In some cases, we may offer to send a replacement order instead of a refund

6. Promotional Offers and Discounts

For orders placed using promotional codes or discounts:

  • Refunds will be for the amount actually paid
  • Promotional codes may not be reissued if the order is refunded
  • Store credit refunds will match the discounted price
